I got dragged to a Dallas Cowboys bar (Hill Country BBQ) for this game and, I have to say, nothing makes me happier than watching uppity Cowboy fans go from clapping, to dejected, to sullen over the course of three hours. You could tell, when the game started, that they were convinced this year was the end of the December Doldrums. Then, to watch it dawn on them that it was happening again. It brought a tear to my eye.
I have no illusions that the Giants are back, but today made most of the season worth it.
