W/L - Redskins -3.5 at Jets: Redskins cover… take the over. Well, it certainly wasn’t a pretty win… I guess the Patriot’s soul-crusher really does affect a team for more than a week.

W/W - Packers +2.5 at Chiefs: Packers outright. I was right. I can’t take any credit for why.

W/L - Cardinals +4 at Bucs: I think 4’s too many. I’m going to hate myself for this, I think, but Cards +4. Yup. This is why I hate spreads. I overthink them.

W/W - Panthers -4 at Titans: Titans cover. This was pretty much the easiest pick of the week. Why, exactly, has no one called Jake The Snake?

W/L - Niners +3 at Falcons: Niners +3. I saw not one highlight of this game. This must have been a barn burner.

W/W - Jaguars +3.5 at Saints: Saints cover. And get ready for a whole week of “The Saints are back and going to the playoffs.” Thanks for going on on a limb, guys.

W/W - Broncos +3 at Lions: Lions cover. I thought they would cover… I didn’t think they’d decimate Denver. Of course, I did say that one victory over-rated Denver… so I guess ride these crazy spreads while you have a chance.

W/W - Bengals +2 at Bills: Bills cover. I guess when your division contains the Jets and the Dolphins, someone’s got to be in 2nd place. In other news, how interesting will it be to have the Patriots come into your house, off a bye week, with you riding a big win streak? Could happen

L/L - Chargers -7 at Vikings: Chargers cover. So… maybe the Chargers’ resurgence was greatly exaggerated. Or, at least, the ability of them to stop the run… or even a brisk walk, apparently. However, I’d like to take Adrian Peterson to task for shamelessly running up his yardage when the score was obviously in hand.

W/W - Seahawks +1 at Browns: Browns cover. For 63 points of total scoring, there have been an absurd lack of highlights for this game, so I can’t really comment.

W/L - Patriots -4.5 at Colts: Patriots cover. It’s called a post-game handshake, everyone… not a post-game make-out session. I continually fail to see why people expect Bill Belicheck to give coaches fake nice. He doesn’t. He also might give Eric Mangini an open field tackle.

W/W - Texans +3 at Raiders: Texans outright. I’d like to say that, for the most part, the Raiders are my bitch when it comes to picking them.

W/W - Cowboys -3 at Eagles: Cowboys cover. Filthy friggin’ Eagles. They can’t do anything right.

W/L - Ravens +8.5 at Steelers: Ravens +8.5, 40 total points. Going in to this game I had a shot to win a 2nd straight week in one of my pools. I needed a Ravens cover with 39 - 44 total points. I got one of the two. My record of being completely unable to pick the Ravens is intact.
